Office Administrator and HR Assistant

Responsibilities:
1. Meet and greet visitors
2 .Keep the kitchen stocked
3. Take care of lunch orders
4. Order office supplies
5. Communicate with cleaning company
6. Organize company outings
7. Help HR team - documentation, onboarding employees

Requirements: 
1. 1 year experience in Office Administration
2. Must have experience with MS Office and Google Calendar
3. Fluent Mandarin - both spoken and written
